PUPPY YOGA

Stretch, unwind, and meet some adorable adoptable puppies at Relay Active's Puppy Yoga! This all-levels, slower-paced vinyasa class combines movement, mindfulness, and plenty of puppy cuddles, with a litter of adoptable puppies from the Louisa Humane Society joining the fun.

This special class supports a great cause, with a portion of every ticket benefiting the Louisa Humane Society. Stay after class for extra time with the puppies. You might even meet your new best friend.
